O'Reilly Builds
A little bit about us:
O'Reilly Builds is a professional high quality build team consisting of two brothers, 14 and 15 years old, dedicated to making your dreams a reality! We work with those who don't have enough to pay for a large-scale build from one of the other amazing teams out there but still want an awesome build, not just some $5 garbage. Our goal is to keep our prices lower then any others at all times while also striving to make sure our clients recieve exactly what they want in the best ways possible.
We work with all types of builds whether it be a medieval castle, underwater city, or even something as simple as a player statue or parkour. We have you covered!
Portfolio:
As we're a new team, we do not yet have a portfolio nor have we gathered screenshots of past work from before. I personally used to work on my own build team but using screenshots of those builds simply seems like "cheating".
Once we make a minimum of 3 builds, we will add a portfolio.

Pricing:
We strive to keep our prices competatively cheap and affordable therefore all the builds we make range from $5-$20, no higher. Our prices are roughly $1-$3/hour, we do settle the price per project but this is just to get an idea.
Prices will be agreed upon by both parties according to size, quality, specifics, structures, etc.
Since we do not yet have an official portfolio, 50% will be required as downpayment, the other 50% upon completion. If you aren't satisfied with the build, you can tell us what you would like modified/added (if you choose to add new features after starting, the price may be upped slightly), after 5 modifications, you will have the choice to receive a full refund if you're still unsatisfied with the outcome (you will NOT, however, receive the build itself).
Timeframe:
We try to get our builds finished within 1-3 days, if we take more then 7 days, the build is 50% off, however, if both parties agree it will take 7 days or more before begining the project, this offer is no longer available.
TOS:
- You cannot chargeback
- 50% will be paid before-hand then the other 50% upon completion
- You have 48 hours upon completion to pay the other 50% or ask for a modification
- You must give proper credit to O'Reilly Builds for making the build
- You may resell the builds at any time but proper credit must be given
- The build files (world save and schematic) will be given to the client upon second payment
- If you drop the project after it's already been started, only 90% of what you have paid so far will be returned, 10% compensation for time spent on the build
- All builds will be made on our team server or the payment must be given in full before begining.
- Upon agreeing with these TOS, you are obliged to go through with the deal until completion, if you are not pleased with the outcome or the build is late, you will receive a 10% discount or you can cancel the project.
