Hello, I recently won the #1 slot on .ORG. I am planning on renting out the last week or the last couple of days. If you are interested PM me on the forums. I will not be renting it in hours as it is too much of a hassle.

Prices:
$525/1 Day

- I reserve the right to not rent the slot. If you paid and I don't feel like renting it you will receive a refund.
- You can reserve a lot, but I expect the payment for the slot 2 days before your allotted time.
- All payments will be sent as Friends and Family.

Hello xcyanide as you said - "I reserve the right to not rent the slot. If you paid and I don't feel like renting it you will receive a refund". it had me thinking you're a scammer because you can take the money and then say you don't want to rent the slot and then say that number 1 line of your rights and leave with the money and never come back and you can also provide some proof

You're asking for $525 per day

525 x 14 (2 week slot time) = $7350

You're overpricing, I would suggest selling it around $425, maybe even cheaper.

Obviously he'll make more with his own server if he doesn't charge a price like that.

Can i clarify:

A day is 24 hours? IE if I start renting from you at 8AM it will end at 8AM the following day?

Also, $525 is any day? So I can pay $525 for an effective day like a Saturday or $525 for an ineffective day like a Tuesday?

Finally, you say family and friends. I assume if you "decided not to rent" the money will be sent back family and friends as?
