Its really slow in the beginning, took me almost 6 months to make the money I needed to advertise, but from there on it was pretty easy. Just make sure your server is nice, and makes players want to stay and play more

Yeah, haha how do you know? And insane prison was my server where I averaged 70 players without ads

I played on there, Got staff once you sold and still am

Advice I'd give for your servers - (I own HazMC, the winner of the #4 slot in the auction)

Do not give up, always remain positive, and work twice as hard as your competition.

I started my first server, Druggy Craft, with around $150.

Before that, I had about four servers which I spent months on which completely flopped.

Failure is a learning experience.
