Organic Medusa Statue

I need a rather good builder to build an organic looking Statue of Medusa, the woman with the Snake hair.

If it looks like this, close or even better that would be perfect and I would pay well for that.

Please dm me or respond in this thread if you are interested, let me know how long it would take approx. and how much you would charge, preferably also showing recent builds of you, so I know if could build something like that.
