OrganicMC is a factions server with different realms (Currently only 1 named Fire)and many unique features and great features including Faction Fly, Mob Coins, McMMO, Battle Pass, and a 10kx10k Border, and more.
We have many plans and features still waiting to be added and which I will not say in public. We are working on the server on a daily basis and have multiple people working in order to have a great experience. We plan on releasing the server February 23, 4 PM EST. We do not have a set budget at the moment, we are currently buying everything that we need regardless the cost. We have a trailer in the making which should be done this Weekend. We are currently working on advertisement which lead me here. We are looking for Youtubers and Streamers to play and record on the server. The amount we will pay will be based on the Channel's following and viewer activity. We also will be checking comments, likes, and subscriber gain. So don't bother trying to work with a botted/ghost account.
The minimal requirements in order to be paid are to have 500+ subscribers with views ranging 250+. We can work out a deal if you somewhat meet the requirements. Channels with 100+ subscribers and about 50+ views will receive youtuber benefits, but will not be paid. We aren't looking to spend 20$ a video. We don't have a current pricing idea but something along the lines of 5$ for a couple episodes or so depending on your popularity.
