OrientalMC
[Java x Bedrock crossplay]
Good day users from MC-Market!
For the next couple weeks I'll be looking for new Admins and other staff to assist us over at OrientalMC.
OrientalMC is a network supporting both the bedrock and java users and this way allowing to create an even bigger community. From the 5th of march untill the 7th of march we will have BETA testing out for our survival gamemode. To ensure that this goes right we will need some extra staff members.
If you check our discord you'll notice it has very few members. Advertising will start around the 25th of February and from then on we will grow our server to have a standard 60-100 players online at all times. We won't start off as a huge network, we'd prefer to build a community and open new gamemodes from there on forwards.
Requirements:
Admin position:
- 16 years or older
- 2+ years minecraft experience
- Atleast a bit of previous staffing experience
- A positive mindset and willing to help other people

Description:
Admin position:
One of the biggest things an admin will do is mentoring. When new staff gets accepted onto the team they will need to be mentored on how our server works and what is wrong and what is right.
Aside from mentoring you'll be handling tickets where higher perms are required and also some bug fixing here and there.
Helper position:
This is the starter position on our server, you'll be learning some commands. Following the punishment guidelines and just regulating the discord and ingame chat. (Also ban/punish rule breakers ofcourse)
