Hey Everyone, so I need to pay for my server soon but I do not have the money for it so I will be doing web development projects for Very Cheap prices. I do not currently have a portfolio hence why they are cheap but the languages I currently know are,
HTML | 100%
CSS | 90%
JavaScript | 80%
I am working with PHP and Node.JS currently to increase my understanding. Anyway, let's get to prices

This can be any theme you want and I will customize it with Custom backgrounds/logos/pages etc

Simple Portfolio Site 1 Page
$3-$10
This will come with one page but you can always buy extra pages. You can have up to 30 images.

Server Portal Page
$5-$18
This will come with either a navbar where you can choose games or up to 5 images for players to select. If you pay over $8 you will get a free player count and if you pay over $15 you will get a free click to copy feature

WordPress Ecomerance Site
$5-$30
This will come with a WordPress install with a free theme install. This install will be customized and will have an addon with an Ecomerance so all you have to do is connect your PayPal and start earning. To post a product the admin panel will walk you through the easy steps

How can you say you know a % of something? And what do those percentages represent?

that's not really how it works. You don't know what you don't know. And also, what do those %'s represent? There aren't many things you really need to learn in HTML and CSS, so what "90%" of CSS do you know? What is that missing 10%? Saying you know a % of HTML, CSS and JS isn't really a good way to show your skill because if you don't know the full language, how can you accurately measure that %?

the best way for him to prove anything at all would be for him to create a personal site for this very service. If he can, I'll stop with the questions, however so far it doesn't look promising. Good luck
