Here at Outflow, we pride ourselves on our ability to make the server as enjoyable and friendly as possible for our community. If you are as passionate as we are about helping others and think you have what it takes to join the team. We are currently in need of highly trained Administrators who know what they are doing.


Requirements:

• Must have a Discord account, TeamSpeak and a working microphone.
• Must be 16 years old or older. We would be willing to make rare exceptions.
• Must not have any punishments within the past two months.
• Must be able to talk in meetings and in support rooms.
• Must be able to record with at least 30 FPS.
• May not be apart of any other staff team on any other server (Exceptions can be made if you state what other community you work for).

Demoted me (from Community Manager) after ONE day and said " did nothing" - when the server wasn't even up. I set up their TeamSpeak server and mostly did what they asked of me in this one day. Yet, they say I do nothing.
Rome wasn't built in a day.

You were demoted because you didn't fulfill your duties as community managers. Throughout your time on the discord + Teamspeak, you spent little to no time engaging the community and you had never posted in general chats. As for Teamspeak setup, you volunteered to set up the Teamspeak, in no way was that your job as a manager. Not only did you not do what you were supposed to but you also ignored your superior and frankly didn't do what a manager, in general, should have done.

We've had lots of success already, I don't know why you wouldn't think people would rise to the occasion.

Mhmm so explain to me why I got told by somebody that you guys were immature by creating a #NSFW chat (Created by the Owner) and were posting inappropriate pictures in the chat for a ‘successful’ network. Nicholas is a good man but you can’t just create a channel like that and expect it to be good for the server.

We're not going over this whole situation again, it was wrong for an owner to create an NSFW channel but two high staff members trashed the staff members in public channels rather than dealing with the situation privately.
