Outpost Addon

Hey, I'm in need of a plugin add-on being developed.
So it's for this - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/outpost-premium-1-8-x-1-12-x.38657/

And I basically just need it to give a temporary permission to all of the members of the faction that is capping as a prize.
But it needs to be good quality because I talked to the dev and he said there could potentially be a lot of issues, being if somebody left the faction, making sure they don't permanently get the permission, and dealing with offline faction members etc. It includes an API.

Budget: $10
Timeframe: Ideally 2-4 days but can be extended if necessary.
