Outpost plugin

Hello,

I'm looking for a plugin with these qualifications. If they do not have that please do not bother replying, thank you. Currently looking for premade on spigot and such. Or if you have a really good price. I would make this myself, but I'm currently busy as hell as i have to keep other plugins up to date and got real life to.

• Outpost:
  A basic outpost plugin, when a faction has captured the outpost they get access to ./warp outpostsell for the time they have it under controle.
  If another faction manages to neutralize it and the previous capper is at ./warp outpost sell they will be sent to spawn

Are you sure? Most outpost plugins are fairly large, and would take a few hours to do, especially with bug testing.
