Looking for a plugin that does the following;

1. Has a capture point
2. When the capture point has been captured the faction that has captured can go warp /outpost shop which is basically an enclosed area
3. Only the owning faction can be in the /outpost shop area so it must be able to kick people out if it gets captured

I use https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ace-outposts-lite.36105/ for my server it works great. He also has a premium version with lots more features for 8.99$.

I did have a look at this, although I could see anything to do with /tp.

You can set 2 spawn points for the outpost. 1 is where everyone spawns when they go to the outpost, other is where the faction can go when they have it capped.
