Has anyone used a VPS form OVH and directly purchased cpanel with them as well as the VPS as i am wondering if you get whm along with it?

I tried to, they cancelled my order because I was under age. They want a picture of your passport and a bill with your address on it. Bit much if you ask me, especially just for a VPS with CPanel.

I've used a windows dedi from them and it works great. Never really had anything needing cPanel. Sorry I can't help you with that.
