Terms of services
1) All payments are made through PayPal.
2) A 50% downpayment must be made by the buyer.
3) If the Buyer cannot pay the total amount of money, the building will be sold to third parties.
4)The Buyer is not paying for the build itself, but rather for the service that is provided. We do not sell minecraft blocks.
5) The Buyer can not claim the credit of the build. The Buyer is not allowed to resell the build product.
6) Refunds are not accept under any condition by the Buyer.
7) The exact service provided is exclusive to the Buyer.
8)You agree to our "TOS" for using our service.
The Process
1) We consult details of construction, to fully satisfy your needs.
2) We require a down payment.
3) We provide pictures of the construction process.
4) Id you ask for "small changes" in the construction we can add them.
5) at the end of the construction, you pay the other percentage of the price established.
6) All payments are made through PayPal
7) The schematics files are uploaded to Dropbox or Mega

Vouch! From everyone I have hired before, without a doubt I can say that hiring him was the best decision I have ever made regarding builders. Not only was he really nice and made some adjustments when asked without complaining or something along those lines, he was friendly, generally seemed to care about my opinion and my player's.
