Owner able to invest money into a new server

Introduction & what our server is:

My name is Ludvig, and I am one of the Operators here at LatencyMC (Previously LogicMC).

We are a brand new Minecraft server, focusing on SkyBlock and Factions (and many more to come in the future).

So far, the Owners has invested 700$+ into the server, but due to the fact that we have invite rewards on our discord server (as well as island top rewards), and that we need to pay for developers and managers, we need another Owner who can help us get the server up. A few days ago, we did a beta test on the SkyBlock server, where we met many issues. We had many bugs, and permissions were missing. This led us to have no more motivation to continue this project, however, we haven't given up yet. We're working on building SkyBlock up from scratch, and to make sure the server has been tested multiple times before the official release.

Our server:
We have our own dedicated server with 128gb ram. This means we're able to power many servers, and we can hold 100+ players on the release. We do also have our own forums (xenforo), with a custom theme as well as buycraft store.

What we expect from you:
From you as an Owner we expect you to be:
- Professional and dedicated.
- You must be a hard-working Owner able to invest more than 100$+ dollars into development etc.
- You must have good communication skills and you must have a good reputation here on MC-Market.
- You must be 16+ and know how to run a server.
- You must have a microphone.
- You must have the motivation to run a server, and you must be able to solve issues with the management.
- You must be as active as possible.

What you can expect from us:
- Hard-working staff members and a friendly staff team.
- You will able to work on the development, as well as work on a powerful dedicated server. - An ownership and management team that never gives up, what so ever.
