Owner/Co-Owner And All Staff (3 Admin Positions Open)

Hello everyone,
I am looking for staff for my startup server. I have big plans for this server and have put my heart and wallet into this. Pretty much all the money I make at my cashier job I put straight into this. So if you are wondering if I am dedicated I am. At the moment I have a custom spawn for the first realm, a custom hub, a custom pvp map and a custom dungeon being built. I also have spent $50 on a Logo which is being made currently to a professional logo. With development the shop is set up (/shop) there are some custom bosses which need tweaking. Stacking spawners is the next thing then raids and after that Dungeons.

I'm currently looking for an Owner/Co-Owner to help me develop and run my upcoming server MineChills. The main reason I need another superior is for experience and funding. I'm extremely new to all this which means I don't have a lot of connections. I also need funding to complete development and to advertise. MineChills is going to be a skyblock server with some unique features like dungeons and raids. I will also be looking into factions soon but I want to master skyblock first. NOTE: If you are going to apply for Owner I will assume you can invest in the server.

I need 2-3 more Admins. These people I need to be able to trust and will always be there when I need help. If you wish to apply for Admin add me on discord 13V#9546. The main role for Admins will look after the players because they are the most important to the server. For example tickets query ban reports etc. If this server goes decent and gets some donations Admins will be paid.

I also need Mods/Helpers. These people are the front lines for punishing players. These people need to be able to play often and be strict but also relaxed. I want to create a chilled out and relaxed community. If you wish to add me on discord like before its 13V#9546.

Yes, of Course, I have my own funds going into the server, I believe I've spent a few hundred im not sure though, I just need like people to help me out for ideas and funding obviously not like hundreds of dollars.

Rule 1 is being organized, if you can't say exactly where your funds are going there's a good chance you'll run out.
