Art,
Domain,
Discord with no members (not hard to grow/get one with members).
Host to begin working with files on.

Timezone, I live in the UK, GMT timezone will be a large help.
Make sure you have quite a bit of cash, to work on. I don't have a set budget yet.
Have experience in Factions; know what it is and what makes a good server.

It's always a good idea to invest into a server with a partner since going alone can be somewhat stressful and demanding but speaking from personal experience. I recommend you find someone you personally know and trust because down the road.. things will only get complicated. Anyways, good luck with your server endeavors Scalinq!

I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that no one agree to work with this person. They attempted to scam $75 from a hosting company. They may have failed but they still attempted. For all we know they might just want to take the money you're willing to offer then do an exit scam on you because after looking at the Scam Report open against them, it looks like their time at MC-Market will be coming to an end.[DOUBLEPOST=1538225909][/DOUBLEPOST]Scam Report Link for anyone interested in seeing for themselves

This guy PMed me and had no resume, no portfolio, no explanation as to why there was an open scam report against him, and no explanation or idea regarding his negative reputation. He claims he has experience, and maybe he does, in playing, but when it comes to developing and owning a server I doubt this individual is capable, and I would not recommend doing it with him.
