Owner for PracticePVP server (Tons of partners)

All of our admin positions are voluntary, so it's quite impossible for any of what you're saying to be true.

One of my Administrators was scammed from the owner.
Not throwing shad, but be cautious when dealing with.

Hey guys, I’m sure you can agree that posting on my thread like this is completely immature. I wasn’t going to reply to what you claimed, however I believe that an initial response is needed.

Let’s take all the alleged claims and dissect them one by one in order to understand the situation.

The first person who was removed from our management team was alleged to be 15 years of age. To start off, there is no possible way he could’ve been paid to begin with because he was not on a signed contract. He did not have working papers, he was too young to be paid even the slightest amount of money. That all being said, even if you disregard the facts stated above, this ‘said person’ was removed from the management team in order to better the server. He was PROMISED (not on a contract) by the owner a set amount of money per MONTH. According to the owner, he had only done 2 days worth of work. Let’s do the math here together in order to understand the payment of ‘said person’; the owner and ‘said person’ agreed on 15 dollars per month. Assuming that they both agreed on payment every 30 days, that gives us with 0.50 USD every day. Because this ‘said person’ did two days of work, he initially only made 1.00 USD while working for the management team. The server has not been released, and this said person was not on a contract - therefore making his position voluntary. There is no paperwork that says WE, the network, had to pay him his earned amount before ejecting him from the network. That all being said, regardless if there’s paperwork or not, WE have the right to RESERVE our network. We felt that this ‘said person’ was not qualified for a management position in every way, shape, or form. In order to improve the management team and to ensure a strong staff team in the future, we took the necessary actions to ensure that we can move forward as a network.

As for the second person who was recently removed from the administration team (not management team), his position was completely voluntary and not paid at all.

Please stop trashing this thread, if you have further issues with the management team and owner please handle it through discord private messages.

We are trashing the thread because you guys are probably using PermissionsEx, Litebans, and a fork of Zonix. This server is quite shit so I think it is necessary to trash the thread. If anyone is thinking about working as a developer for this server, save yourself some respect and do not work for this guy. Up there he literally said $15/month. I literally charge more then that a hour.

You are absolutely allowed to have an opinion, I just don’t want you to continue to drag the situation.

Also, it wasn’t a developer position.

You legit just admitted to scamming... you can be banned off mcm for scamming the smallest amounts, signing a contract isn't even relevant. Discord messages are enough.
