MY INFORMATION
Who am I: I am Mighty. I have longed dreamed of opening a server and I hope you can join me in this path of ownership.
My experience: I have worked for some small servers hoping that they will grow bigger. These servers, although being great, have shut down. I have also owned many small servers myself, these have had a player base of up to 15 players and made $150 in donations.
My skills: I am skilled at discord setups, Advertising, general management, Financial management and much more. I am also very skilled at Web Development.
Your budget: I have a very expandable budget and this can and will be used on advertising and hiring developers and also hosting the server and website.

YOUR INFORMATION
What I'm looking for: I am looking for a co-owner. You must be willing to spend time, money and effort into this project.
What I need: I need a co-owner of whom is experienced in what they will be doing. They must have other skills and be able to manage situations calmly.
Your budget: Each month I expect a payment. This can be if is much as you like. For example: if you pay 10% of the costs you will get 10% of the profit. This way we can make better plans.

BUSINESS PLANS
Server Name: Currently I have not decided on a name but together we can make something up.
Server Type: This server will consist of a variety of gamemodes. Each owner (me, you) will run a server with our favourite gamemode. (E.g. you like factions so you run a factions server. This way neither of us get in each other's way.
How you will get donations: We shall gather donations via advertising and offering fun perks and effects in the store. We will also offer giveaways of which may reduce the prices of items.
What make us diffrent: What makes my server so unique is that it consists of a story. Currently the only story is for my chosen gamemode. The story is immersive and fully customisable. You can make choices along the path and each one will create a new ending.

I don't believe you do. A co-owner is someone who also contributes money, time and effort into the project just like me.

You can make 50% of donations and still not own the whole "company" if that's what is agreed upon.

This idea i also dont understand. You would run 2 servers, but you would be out of each other's way. So what happens when the server your CO-owner makes is 100% more profitable than the server you make? You would still get a cut of the co-owner's donation even though you didnt work on his server at all?

I don't think this is something you should be advertising. Saying this only deters people from wanting to work with you. This also leads me to believe that the server you want to create now will fall into the same category with lower player base, and low donations.
