Owner history

I feel like on account selling there should be a section that is mandatory to fill in that is the owner history as it is extremely important to an account and if they don't know they put the best to there knowledge of the owner history in the section

Not all accounts were linked or sold on site, meaning in most of the cases, the owner history is wrong in there.

We can’t make sure the history is correct if they don’t link the account.

I don't understand the benefit of adding more fields to the account sales thread format. This, like the migration date, would end up not being filled out correctly. If account history is something personally very important to you, then feel free to ask the owner if they know it (and they probably won't)
