Alright so basically I play alot of GTA and thought it would be a good idea to bring gta to minecraft. So I have put together alot of plugins and made it happen it just needs a few more touches. I need someone who wants to own this project you will fully own the server I just want to manage and develop for the server. I also have alot of management experience. You must have a decent budget.
