I recently purchased a setup for a server known as Creative Islands. I am currently in need of someone to operate the server. You'll be responsible for all management, advertisement and additions to the setup. I will be funding the project and you will recieve 20% equity in the server.

Requirements

• Notable Contacts with large internet personalities or slot holders.
• Advanced management capabilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience Working at large scale servers
• Experienced writer
• Good with people
• Good with retaining players and getting sales.

Bonus points for

• Numerous Contacts for staffing
• Ability to develop, create art, or create websites
• A social media account with a notable amount of subscribers/followers
