Owner with an idea - I will pay for everything

I am in search of a very experienced owner with an idea. I am looking for someone who's run a successful server for over a year with valid evidence.

I used to play Minecraft couple years ago, during that time I owned many popular servers and hosting companies, as time went on I quit MC. I am not returning however, I would like to invest into a server. I am looking for a owner to come up with a server idea from scratch i.e. it's features, the gamemode, advertising methods, etc. You will be doing everything (builds, plugins, advertising, hosting, website etc.) You can of-course purchase all of these which will all be funded by me.

Initially, I will just be behind the scenes of the server: I will never be seen on the server or forums, no one will know about me. This could be seen as a share hold, however due to me funding this all I will posses a higher share hold %.

What I will get in return is the buycraft profits: until my money is made back and then the donations will be split onto a % split bases.
