However, if there was a 5 - 25 PB, it may be almost impossible for you to get 120 on for 'Carnage' (EOTW) if your PayPal was limited. Don't say 'my friend paid it for me' because I will just say 'well why couldn't your 'friend' pay when you needed to help me?'. Right, but I only pointed that out because you said my friend could do it and erm 2$ isn't worth the same amount as 200$ there is approximately a 198$ difference. My friend cant just pay 200$ but he can do 2$ because its petty change.

No, the new messages pops up when you click on messages, I clicked on your message like 5 seconds after and just screen shotted it as I was mid typing my report, the second one didn't have it because I was already on the page and typed more after. Also, what do you mean fail... you deleted the message and sent a new one not edited one.
