I am 17 years old, I live in England and have played Minecraft for around 7 or 8 years. I have managed and developed servers for around 5 or 6 years and am more than capable!
What I am looking for:
I am looking to become part of an ownership team. Now I know what many of you may start thinking, asking to become owner? This is likely going to be a waste of time. Well... you are very misdirected. I am as dedicated as the owner I am working with. If you (the other owner) have funds to cover your server and know more of what you would like out of one in the long-term and are dedicated to succeeding, then I can guarantee you that we will have a long and successful partnership together.
What I would provide as becoming your partner and an owner:
Now first please remember, I am helping you massively, I mean unbelievably. I have said this as I will not fund your server, you are the main original owner and you will have to pay for what you need. However, you will earn that back and more if you know what you are doing, and I’m here to help you get there. I will do almost all of the work (although I would prefer to be working with somebody who wants to help equally as much), I will do more work then you as the other owner and provide all 8 years of my experience and extreme activity each day and provide excellent service. Of course I would take a split of any money earned, as per usual, but do not require payment money to work with you. I want to find a dedicated server with plans and the funds to really take your server to the next level. I will work non stop around the clock to help you provide the best player experience on release.
What I would like from you (the other owner):
These things are preferred but NOT all necessarily required.
16 years old and up.
A helpful medium amount of funds or more (you cannot create a successful server on no funds 99% of the time).
Dedication to the server we build.
Relatively high standards.
A genuine thirst to build a successful and amazing player experience.
Willing to share any donations 50/50 after paying off needed purchases and tipping any staff (sometimes only after growth tipping staff).
Those above are preferred from you, it ensures we can build a great and successful server. It also helps to be good at thinking of smart and good sounding names, may be needed.
