Ownership for Factions All-In-One

Hello, I am the owner of FAIO (Factions All-In-One). I am looking for a developer or person to continue this project or continue selling it in its current state. The buyer will have full resell rights as well as own the original source code which can be distributed as he/she see fit.

The sell price of the plugin has changed over the months, initially starting off at $20 for the first 100 sales, and then proceeding to $10 and now where it currently sits at $5. This resource is currently for sale on both McMarket and SpigotMC.

Total money earned on the resource: ~$4000
Current monthly sales: 3-10 copies per month (Lowest being 3, highest being 10 for the past 3 months)

Interested to hear your offers, the current state of the plugin is completely stable, no bugs/issues in the current version. I would preferably like a developer to continue development if possible as its quite a profitable endeavour even in the slowly receeding Factions community. My main reason for selling is that I would like to move on to active development of other projects and I do not want to continue development of this idea as personally I have grown weary of Factions and thus lacking creativity.
