I'm looking to sell my Exclusive Pre-Made build shop, The Buildstore.
The shop's doing very well; and has only been growing over the past 2 months when we made a push to revitalise it. The only issue is that adding builds and maintaining the shop is very time consuming. With all my other projects going on I don't have the time to do this - which is why I'm looking to sell the shop.
Ownership would be ideal for any builders who create their own work - as it's an amazing platform to sell your own work off.
How the shop works
Currently we take a 30% cut off all sales of Exclusive builds. Creators can submit a build in our discord server, through their own channel which is automatically generated once they're given a role. Every week we upload all builds to our website manually; which is ran using Wix. Wix helps to track sales of builds, making it so they can only be sold once.
Every week we also send out payments manually to all of our builders, which we record on our spreadsheets (which will be provided). These help to also automatically find how much we owe builders through formulas.
Currently I have someone employed who I pay out of my cut to manage the shop for me - however they won't be working for the shop after sale, so it would be your job to do. The shop has around 20 creators currently creating builds.
Sales Figures
We've only been pushing the shop properly over the last 2 months; seeing as I didn't have any time at all to run it prior. The shop brought in $1,102.98 income in July; with $218 being profit after the 70% builder cut and $112 MC-Market sticky thread advertising price (which has since gone down and isn't fully necessary). This month's sales figures aren't final as the month is not done - but so far we're on track to outdo last month ($1102.89 total income so far this month)

- Recognisable brand name.
- Thread (https://www.mc-market.org/threads/160315/). 32,000 views and lots of ratings. Should have sticky thread slot too; but had a bug with renewing which I'm looking to get fixed for future owner. The graphics will need to be edited to remove the "owned by Venture Studios LTD" and to change contact discord, which I can do if necessary.
- A connection to lots of good builders who work for the shop.
- Google Forms for Applications (Support and Builders).
Purchasing Information
I'd be looking for no less than $350 (at a very big push) for ownership of The Buildstore (at a very push - ideally around the $600 mark), seeing as it comes with so much and can easily make that in a month with the right owner.
