It's written on the PaperSpigot 1.7.10 and should support every other fork. Also with a little bit of knowledge, you can make it work on any other version.
Data is stored in MongoDB since most Paintball servers have synchronization of stats and leaderboards on the website and also the plugin uses Lombok for easier getter and setter management.
