OWNERSHIP ROLE | FACTION BASED SERVER.
I am a kind person, I am also very professional and I am playing the minecraft pvp community for quite a long time. I know what the community wants in a server. I know how to do basic moderation things. I have a good microphone, I have an Samson C03U and I can help people in TS. I'm non-abusive. No matter what, I will treat each player as an individual. I'm passionate about the game and the server. I've been playing minecraft for almost 3 years, always been in the PvP community. I know this community better than anyone else, and that's what gives me an advantage in staffing positions. I am willing to give everything I have to the server if it's working out fine.

I am looking for a factions network / server with around 5 - 10 playerbase or more. I am looking for a server that's running.

WHAT CAN I OFFER.
- STAFF MANAGEMENT. - I will make sure the staff is doing there job and making them ready to get promoted, Such as hackers on the server and people in teamspeak and chat. How to work along side the developers to deal with issues on the server that arise. I'll be keeping an eye on the staff and looking if they'r doing their right job and promote or demote them. And I'll be recruiting more staff / review staff applications and things like that!
- TEAMSPEAK SETUPS. - I've been doing these as one of my other services to but these are still available as you can see in my signature. I will be giving some help with the teamspeak if needed. I also like to revamp teamspeak and make them look really nice and make them easy to use.
- STAFF MEETINGS- I'll be giving staff meetings in a channel on teamspeak. Every time it's needed. We will be talking to staff on what we can improve and what were doing right. That's the moment lots of people are getting promoted. And on that moment only Owners and Administrators are talking other people are listening.
- FORUM MANAGEMENT - I'll be active on the forums and helping people out. I will be reviewing ban appeals and / or staff applications. I'll be writing out new announcements and make sure the xenforo / other forum site looks clean. I'll be setting up groups / permissions on the forums and nodes. I'll be writing out some formats for ban appeals and things like that.
- CONTACTS. - I can bring lots of contacts. I am friends with around 3 developers. That can work for me for free with little projects. I am friends with a few builders wich I can get for free. And we will be working out a great server together.
- DESIGNING / CONFIGURATION. - Lately I have been getting into configuration designing. I'd love to work on configurations and make them look really really good. I can make the server looks really good in one style if someone let me works on it. That's why I'd love to revamp servers and make them look professional.
EXPERIENCE.
Senior - Moderator ( The Sarefine Network ) ( Screenshare experience). - A practice pvp server. I decided to apply on there because I had nothing to do in my summer break and just started to make a application wich took me around a hour. And then I got accepted got loads and loads of experience. Also made staff series. It was really fun because I had lots of good friends. Probably the best staff experience I have ever had.
Moderator ( The Para Network ) ( First Hardcore factions experience ). - I was a very active parapvp player around a year ago. I never even knew they had staff applications and how they work. I just decided to create something and it worked out. Worked my way up to moderator then got demoted for abuse. I was kind of abusing. But it's been a year and that was my first experience.
Moderator ( The Prime Hardcore ) ( Overall more a fuck around with staff friends experience ). - Second server I got staff on. Tried my really hardest to stay active there while I had issues with my mom and dead and a plane accident and such. It went wrong there and that's why I resigned. Otherwise I would have demoted.
Manager ( The Urban Hardcore ) ( Management experience ). - Didn't last to long because I was busy with sarefine and ARK. But got everything setup and a clean staff team.
Owner ( The Hyperal Network ) ( Ownership experience ). Overall a pretty nice server / experience. The only thing what was missing was money. The dev did his job but was not able to finish all the bugs due being busy with school. Got around 40 players on release without advertisement.
