OxideMC Staff Recruitment
OxideMC is a brand new factions server looking to grow as much and provide a fun experience for players in the Factions community. This server will be mainly based off of the gamemode "Factions" until we decide to add more. Factions is looking to release within the next two months because we are taking our time to make sure every feature has no bugs and provides an enjoyable experience for the players.

Requirements For Staff
All staff are required to be or be above the age of 14, to be dedicated to Oxide & only Oxide, to put in at least 2+ hours a day, must have a working / decent quality microphone, must be able to speak English fluently, and must be able to record / provide proof upon punishments.

Duties, Expectations, and Requirements of Each Rank

Owner (You will receive a % of profit):
» Must Be 15+
» Must Contribute Funds
» Must Have Previous Experience Owning / Managing
» Must Contribute Time / Effort Into Oxide

Manager:
» Must be 15+
» Must have previous experience
» In charge of managing staff, community, and events
» Must work together as a team and keep things organized

Developer:
» Must be 14+
» Must have at least 2 years of experience in what ever language you code in
» Must get projects done in a reasonable time frame and not half ass projects
» Must be motivated / dedicated to work

Senior Administrator:
» Must be 14+
» Must have previous staffing experience
» Must be active / dedicated
» Must help lower staff members with support etc.
» Be a good role model for lower staff members
» Willing to help out and do what ever task is asked
» Act as an executive, you will be a big part in decision making / staff decisions

Administrator:
» Must be 14+
» Must have previous staffing experience
» Must be active / dedicated
» Must help lower staff members with support etc.
» Be a good role model for lower staff members
» Willing to help out and do what ever task is asked

Moderator:
» Must be 14+
» This will be the first staff rank that is NOT allowed to play, you will have commands such as /staff to watch hackers etc.
» Catching Hackers + Watching Chat
» You will be the "higher up" for Helpers, if they have any questions for you you are expected to know them and answer them.
» During this time you will be pressured / asked to do a lot, we will test your full potential
» Be willing to learn how to Screen Share
» Must record / provide proof upon banning a player.

Helper:
» Must be 14+
» Must moderate chat
» Read over rules / staff guidelines before punishing
» Provide proof for ANY punishment made (Even Obvious Punishments)
