Hey everyone, so I am wondering if offering something in-game that is hard to get but if you buy a rank you have it counts as P2W?

Example: You can get /fly through a crate, but if you buy (Rank) you can get it.

Let me present you with a situation:
Player 1 grinds for 7 days for a chance to get /fly.
Player 2 buys a rank to get it instantly.
The abbreviation of P2W is literally Pay To Win and by paying for /fly you're instantly winning and much further ahead than other players.

Ok yeah I know this is old but a while ago I saw that the archon and like saicopvp had kits, /heal, /feed wouldn't those be considered ad P2W and shouldn't they be blocked my mojang?

The term "P2W" is extremely vague and can be interpreted by many.
If you include crates or ranks or any form of perks people will say "pay to win".
Personally, I do have these aspects but I make sure that if you do "P2W" you
have to grind to actually use these items so they'll be more powerful than you but
they need to actually put the time in to use their reward.

Just my personal thought. If you're worrying about Mojang EULA you should basically
remove anything that isn't cosmetic.
