[Paid] Bungeecord Nickname Plugin

Hi everyone,

I am currently seeking a one time project from a plugin developer to create a bungeecord nickname plugin which syncs across all servers, the features I would like it to have are below.

- Random Nickname
- Random Skin
- Chat Prefix Colour of Regular Players (&3)
- Tab list Colour of Regular Players (&3)
- Bungeecord support
- The ability to choose a nickname, but with a blacklister.

- If possible (I know I have a small budget, but i'm currently not in a job so can't pay higher)

- Togglerank (/togglerank) to change your rank from a staff rank to a donator rank or regular player with the above features (excluding the nickname stuff). Keeps your in game name just removes your prefix and displays another one (keeping their permissions)

I use the permissions plugin Luckperms with the chat formatter, DeluxeChat.

If this is something anyone would like to undertake please respond below.
