$Paid$ Care package forge mod for a server

Hello!


I am interested in purchasing a forge mod for my modpack and server that would drop crates looking something like this:


The mod needs to work for 1.7.10 mc on a thermos server.

Edit: if you can accomplish all of the features with a 1.7.10 bukkit plugin that works too. My server runs thermos.

I have a large budget and enough funds to meet most prices, but I am still looking for a good value.

The crates would be parachuted to the ground where people would fight over the items inside.

This is for a server modpack of mine that has guns, helicopters, planes, etc. and is centered around factions/pvp.

Features:
1) Id like them to be opened with a right click, and only when they reach the ground.
2) Id like them to have configurable items in them (that I could input with item ids, must work with other modded items), that are random. I'd also like the place that the crates drop be random, but within a certain configurable radius of spawn 0,0
3) Id like everyone on the server to be notified when crates drop, either via a chat message or preferably a GUI like this: https://prnt.sc/hvezt3
4) optional different tier crates some being more rare and valuable than others that could be configured to my liking.
5) A noise that sounds every time a crate is dropped.
6) Configurable interval between crate drops (2hours default)

Deal with LachPlayz did not work out, user did not know how to create the mod and we agreed to cancel the product.

Thus, I am still looking for someone to make this mod! Please read the description of what I want the mod to include and make sure you are fully capable of creating it!
