My name is Wyldr (AKA Nublux in-game) and I am the Owner of a Skyblock & Prison Network called CarrotMC. I am currently looking to hire an experienced community manager.

We are an established, non-toxic community that welcomes everyone and currently average around 10-25 players. I am looking to hire someone who is experienced in this domain, easy to work with and who can make an immediate impact.
This position will be paid. The terms, payment, etc will be discussed via PM. If we agree on a set salary, I am firm that I will send 50% up-front and the other 50% at the end of the month.
If you are interested in this role, the work that you will be required to do is:
- Plan an event on each server every week
- Write newsletters 1-2 times per month recapping what's been going on
- Help control the staff team
- Manage the community (keep everyone happy & engaged)
- Help manage the server's economy
- Contact small YouTubers
- Suggest new content, etc
