[Paid + contract] Looking for a professional Java Developer, PHP Developer

Let me make it short: I have a large project which is ready for the release + I have the advertising campaign, and I have two people - 1 on PHP/Frontend and 1 on Java side, who are experienced and are ready to work. Other people were \ still are on the freelance basis and have no time to cooperate on the constant basis.

I seek for Java and PHP\ + JS\CSS\HTML developers.

I will require a portfolio, which will have the essential things in it (not random strings of code, but the projects that you have been with and confirmations).

I do not hire people without references or portfolios.

We will make a contract with you as soon as the project starts in early September.

The server is the custom mini-games network.

It has a lot of things which are interconnected between the server and the website.

The Java developer will require to:
Develop games
Develop (and upgrade existing) fighting \ PvP systems and PvE systems
Make the proper interaction between the server and website

The PHP dev will need to:
Develop \ upgrade existing systems connected with all games etc.,
Create the graphical interfaces, work on the frontend, the job has a lot of Javascript in it.

About the payments, I will pay from the server's revenue, since we start in like 10 days. I expect it to be high if the server is up (at this point we have the contract with the 5.7 million subscriber youtuber, might have more large YouTubers helping us out in the nearest future).

I would have been interested but you plan to pay from "revenue" which isn't guaranteed and wouldn't prefer to get screwed over on a large project.

There is no"get screwed" point, I have the developers who can sustain the project at this point, and I will be paying for the development solely, which means that you will get the money anyway. Please, add me in Skype to figure the details out.
