[PAID] Creative Director/Manager

Hello guys, I am in need of a creative director for an upcoming project

Requirements:
- Atleast 17 y/o
- 1+ year experience with configuration/project development
- Ability to develop a detailed layout for a complex gamemode, including:
- Eco, buildings, ect - more details will be supplied
- Develop a deep understanding of the server's inner workings
- Be able to work at least 10 hours a week
- Willing to sign an NDA and Non-Solicit contract,
- If you are under the legal signing limit, we will need a co-signer
- once we come close to launch we will need a non-compete signed
- Be able to use Discord for regular voice communication and Telegram for other communications
- Be able to work both independently, and in a team

Pay: We are offering anywhere from $12/hr to $18/hr
