(Paid) Customer Manager

Looking for a Customer Manager who will have the responsibility of managing and looking/advertising my services on McM or any other platform that he/she might use.​

My Services:

1. Full Server Setups (for any kind/type of non moded* Minecraft Servers).
2. Plugin Setups (any kind).
3. Buycraft Setup.
4. Server Admin (maintaining & managing servers: operational, server health, optimizations, new features, updates).
5. Custom Plugin Requests (coded from scratch).

The Managers Responsibilities/Job:

1. Looking for potential customers for the services that i provide.
   • On Minecraft Market.
   • Or any type of platform that you see fit or use.
2. Provide customers with the information they need to know about the time-frame and the tools that i will need to have in order to complete their project/commission.
   • You will have to know approximately in what time frame i would be able to complete a certain type of a commission (eg. a plugin configuration, Factions server setup or Towny server setup).
   • Inform the customer (if they want a featured premium plugin they will have to purchase it).
3. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client (this applies only for unfinished commissions).
   • You will have to know in what stage is the project/commission.

The Managers Qualifications and Skills:​

1. You must be at least 16 years of age.
2. Proficiency in English (or that your native language is English).
3. Good communication skills.
4. You must have some of the following communication means (Skype or Discord + mic).
5. You must have a PayPal account.

If you fail to any of the qualifications please do not apply.​

Payment:
Payments will be done via PayPal F&F only.
I will take on the fees of your payments.

You will be paid once the fist payment from the customer is made (customers pays 50% upfront and the rest upon completion of the commission).

Your initial starting cut will be 20% of the agreed commission, which i will make with the customer.

As you prove to be reliable, constant & trustworthy your cut will also get bigger.
