Ok So I recently got into contact with a developer and asked about a plugin request. He said he could do it but won't be able to finish it. Ill type here what I typed to him..
"Well Im making a prison server, which is planned to be big as we have unique ideas iv never heard of a server use. Anyways, I need CustomEnchants that do what we have thought of, I need their to be 3 teirs! Ill go into further detail if u could provide a price range and how much each enchant in the future would cost
Ill give you my plan (I will need more enchants in the future)
Ok so I want 3 teirs,
Teir 1: Ultra
Teir 2: Ancient
Teir 3: Mythical
How To Obtain Them? Is it possible to have a gui where they can buy a teir, and it puts a random enchant from the enchants, with a random lvl onto their pickaxe or item. I will go more into detail after a price.
I want Ultra to represent the colour Blue
I want Ancient to represent the colour Gold
I want Mythical to represent the colour Pink
Iv thought of one enchant so far, to see if this plugin would work!

So if it is on my pickaxe I want it to so if they mine a coal ore, it has a chance of turning into a coalblock, I want the chance to start at 10%, and to go up in 5%, so lvl 4 would be 25%.

Ok so i want to be able to change the enchants name, max level and teir in the config, I want to be able to change the prices of the teirs in the gui and also change the gui itsself, in game I want to be able to open the gui with /enchanter, I want the gui to have 3 rows in the middle row to have 3 glass panes in the middle, the panes colors i want to represent the teirs, so Ultra is a light blue pane, etc. I want to be able to auto add my own enchant and lvl by /addenchant (Name) (lvl). I want the ultra to cost $25000, Ancient to cost $100,000 and Mythical to cost $500,000. I want to be able to change this in config as mentioned earlier.
Total Commands
/enchanter - opens menu
Permission: endless.enchanter
/addenchant {name of enchant} {lvl of enchant}
I want the cost of the teirs to use Essentials Economy.
Oh and addenchants permission endless.addenchants
tbh I just relised I dont need to be able to change the gui if i just tell u exactly how I want it so scratch that.
