[PAID] Developer Needed + System Administration jobs aswell [PAID]

Hello,
I'm currently a factions server owner and planning to launch our biggest map yet!
Most maps we peak over 100 Players and sometimes nearly 200.
We're planning to launch our biggest map yet!
But we're in need of a new developer. Our current developer has taken a break from developing and we're in need of a new one.
We usually offer in % but if that's an issue please say so. Maps use usually bring 1k + In income and we offer our developers up to 50% Of that (Depending on how active and skilled)
The factions map is almost ready to launch but there's a few things need doing.
Requirements -
Must be over 13+ Years old and very mature.
Must have experience with working on factions.
Must be very skilled.
Must have worked with another server before (Not 100% needed but helps)
So if you're interested we're currently working with a 24GB dedicated server and plan to launch Saturday.

DO NOT WORK WITH!!!!!! I am posting this on all of his requests, do not work with this User!!! He has scammed me MULTIPLE times in the past and when things don't work out his way, well, it's almost impossible he can't get his own way, he is so unprofessional and he has added negative rep on my account for no reason but a funny thing was that it happened straight after I added some on for him, except mine was for a real reason. Hmm seem fishy? As i said deal with caution when working with him!!!
