My partner and I are currently working on a build plugin that will offer a new type of server and level of creative abilities with an intuitive visual tool/interface (not in-game UIs). Regular players will easily be able to create, rework, and play customized maps, mobs, and events by using this interface. We are achieving this through the use of both in-game tools and a website. Currently we have the core of the plugin completed but have ambitions for more.
Both of us have a history in running and operating Minecraft servers large and small. That said, this project is as much a passion project as it is a financial investment. What we need are people who want to get involved. Payment may be either regularly scheduled or commission based depending on position, experience, and consistency of work.
Developers:
We will likely be using AWS resources for S3 file storage and DynamoDB databases. You can get experience as a full stack dev using React and python flask for the website.
Builder/Build Team:
Must have exceptional building talent in Minecraft and a portfolio of previous work.
