[PAID] Full-Time Developer

Hey there! I'm one of the Owners at the new and upcoming VenomousPvP Network and we're looking to hire a full-time developer (or maybe even two!). Please continue reading to view the qualifications necessary to be hired.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ Years in Java programming.
• Ability to edit Spigot Jars, etc. (Cannon Jars, etc.)
• Ability to work whenever needed (Sleep, eating, etc. is obviously allowed; just convenient hours, please).
• Ability to speak fluent and clear English (as well as professional typing skills) to allow for easy communication with the team.
• Wide range of development (Minecraft Plugins, Discord Bots (JDA), etc.)
• Ability to work well with others and work as a team under Management.
• Ability to efficiently work under stress/low time (Extra payments will be made for late-notice projects).

Great-to-Have Skills:

• Ability to effectively edit HTML and CSS (website development).
• Polite and cooperative, easy to work with.
• Ability to effectively explain code to normal/non-tech-smart users.

Payment:

For all projects, we will discuss with the developer the type of project, requirements for such, and the time frame in which it must be completed. Half of the payment for the project will be made, upon completion and experimentation, the second half of the payment will be made.

If we have a good experience with you, we may promote you to a full-time developer wherein you will be paid much more for projects and expected to do more for the network, it may eventually turn into a salary if work is done extremely well and professionally.
