[PAID] Fyteria (Builder Position)

What is Fyteria
Fyteria is a minecraft server owned by Dustin G, the planned release is the first week of April. The servers starting gamemode is Skyblock and we plan to go into other gamemodes either Factions or Prisons.

What is Fyteria's goal
Fyteria's goal is to make a server that is mostly f2p, while having it's ability to have donations that can boost the players and the general network. We hope to work with people around the world so we can have at least 1-2 people per position online at once.

Builder Position Detail
Fyteria is currently looking for builders, we expect on-site builds when required and can work for us under our name (you can work for other servers). We expect you to have common knowledge of builds and can work on big and small projects with a team of people.

We want you to be online for at least 2 hours a day (of course this can be negotiated about).

Payment Details
We won't pay until near release [So around the end of March], we want you to first get comfortable without a standard paycheck [we also want to fund for everything else first]. We will pay at weekly rates. We will pay whatever you feel comfortable with.

In the thread I said I would pay near release, but for builds I will prioritize payment in a week and so because I need to get base things paid for.

So actually what you're telling me is you need builds but you can't afford them yet, therefore any builder who chooses to work for you could work weeks and end up not getting paid anything if the server fails.

No? I am paying no matter what, I want to set certain investments first to prioritize anything else. I'll still pay partial to ensure full payment later.

You should save up to buy builds or builders rather then saying you'll pay them near release.
What if you don't release?
What if you don't make any money on release?
What if you don't get purchases or players on release?

$10 or less: Small Structures, minimal organics $10-20: Medium Structures, some organics, minimal terraforming $20-30: Medium Structures, lots of organics, some terraforming, strict due-date for project set by owner at a reasonable time $30-50+: Large Structures, amazing organics, lots of terraforming, due-date, professional shader pictures, included video showcase of build.

Prices are negotiable and can be changed depending on the request via the customer!
