Plecostemous’s ~ Paid Management

Today I will be offering my management services to the Community. During this first paragraph I will let you know some information about my self! My name is William or Will depending on what you want to call me and I am currently 15, although I would consider my self a highly reputable and mature person for my age. I currently live in England so my time zone fluctuates between [GMT | BST]. A selection of servers or services will need me to sign a NDA contact etc, although because of my age I normally wouldn’t be able to sign one however my legal guardians have allowed me to use there signature.

What does my management cover?

Community Management
Community Management involves everything related to the community, this includes but is not limited to: Advertising Options, Media recruitment, Twitter/Discord management, Taking community suggestions.

Staff Management
This is rather self explanatory although, I will do the following: Staff Meetings, Staff Interviews, Staff Recruitment, Staff Guides, SS guides, Creation of a professional staff discord, Promotions/Demotions and anything else related to staff.

Financial Management
To do this job I will need statistics from your buycraft, PayPal etc although I do need access I will do the following: Detailed Budgets, Paying associates, Profit maximisation ideas, Data analysis.

General Management
This covers everything above + what ever else is needed.
