[PAID HOURLY] Looking for a full-time Server Setup Specialist

Hi Everyone,

I have been working on a next-level Crystal PvP network and I'm looking to hire a dedicated full-time setup specialist to help me with this project. Ultimately, this includes configuring back-end systems, optimising performance, managing plugins, and helping shape the server's competitive environment.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has DEEP experience setting up or working with Crystal PvP Servers (Must show proof that you've worked with CPVP Servers in the past)
• Understands performance optimisation and anti-cheat configurations
• Can handle server files, permissions, plugin setup, and basic development (if needed).
• Communicates well and can work long-term with us to evolve the server post-launch

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ongoing maintenance, improvements, and feature additions
• Plugin configuration and testing
• Working alongside other staff/devs
