Look at the title,it says "recruitment and staffs"
so requesting here means you are requesting staffs or players idk
and offering means you are offering service
can you look at the forum title next time before you post a thread...

You are "offering" your services as a paid staff member, therefore your prefix should be offering. Otherwise, some people will think that you're asking for a staff member, who will be paid for their services.
