I need a builder for a 350x350 hub with a tropical, beach-like theme. I am willing to pay, however, I will not pay all upfront as I have done that in the past and people just straight up ignored me after payment.
I would be willing to pay 50% whenever half of the build is finished, and the other 50% whenever the build is completely done.
I am open to working with service teams.
