[Paid] Looking for a Human Resource Manager - Service Team

Hello there!

My name is Arthur and my business partner and I are looking for a Human Resource Manager who can help us with an upcoming service team. Can't give much detail on the service team but we will tell you more about the business once we've got you settled into our team. As we aren't released you aren't required to do recruitment at this time but you will help us with some Human Resources back-end work. Just think of this as a regular service team but even better.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the freelancer and sales team
- Review all applications by accepting or rejecting them based on the company's employee standards.
- Keep track of all absences within the team
- Register our new accepted applicants into the team.
- Review all complaints from clients and users towards the company's employees and create incident reports.
- Conduct training sessions with freelancers and sales representative through voice-chat.
- Perform evaluations and performance reviews to determine growth of sales representatives and freelancers.
- Create and execute a recruitment plan for the company.
- Review and post job vacancies while screening applicants before they job the team.
-Be flexible to manage other assignments that come up
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in this role
- Must be at least fourteen years old. Candidates over 16 are preferred.
- High knowledge on using Google Spreadsheets and all Google Apps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in English.
- Must be able to sign contracts. If under 18 you must have a cosigner
- An amazing leader and able to motivate the management and freelance sector
- A quick learner, that can work independently in projects, and able to meet deadlines and work in a highly efficient manner.
- People-oriented, energetic, communicative, flexible and great team player
