(PAID) Looking for a server admin/plugin configurator for expanding established server OG-Network

Hey guys, I currently co-own the server OG-Network, and have been doing so for the past 2.5 years. The server is currently in a consistent state, with a well established playerbase and community (discord server with 10k+ members, playerbase averaging from 70-110, over 150k unique joins), but things are starting to stagnate (in terms of development), and we want to push forwards and grow the server into something bigger. For a bit of context, I have a youtube channel with 500k subs and have grown the server through that the past 2 and a half years (so we have had no advertising costs/issues). The servers current main attraction is an SMP (we do have minigames, but those are no longer a priority/being worked on) but we are looking to expand into a unique factions centred concept (currently 85% done and in open beta), another different SMP in the future, as well as duels/practice.

With such plans for expansion, we are looking for somebody experienced in server administration as well as plugin configuration to assist us with these projects. We would pay through commission, so you would get paid based on the work/jobs you do (which we can negotiate further on discord). If possible, please provide any past experience/projects you have been involved in.

Furthermore, depending on how the situation goes with the other server owner and admin, in the future you may have the opportunity to step up to fill a more significant position where you could have stake in the server. That is not a guarantee at the current moment, so please don't consider this post as an offer of such a role, but if such a situation would occur you would be opportune to take such a role.
