Server see's 100-125 players and has 5k in discord with no marketing other than our TikTok with 17k
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Minecraft server
Increase player engagement and retention through targeted campaigns and promotions
Create and manage social media accounts, ensuring they are active and engaging [Pending]
Write and publish regular blog posts and newsletters to keep our players informed
Monitor player feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
