I am looking for a dev that I can pay to create a plugin for me Inspired by the Animated series, Winx.

This plugin would include; Rank system, several spells, particle wings, and flight.

*1.16.1 Paper server

I have a document that is detailed to all of the content that I need. There is no deadline or time that I need it finished.
