Hey BBB,

I am currently creating a server with IAmTheOwen and it is directed by togls.exe . This server is initially launching as a lifesteal based server but our overall plan is to expand to gamemodes like Oneblock, survival (likely with custom content), or any similar modes. Our goals for the server are to maintain an active community that caters to the casual community as well as the more competitive players while keeping server operations running smooth.

We are looking for a manager who can handle marketing as well as community portions. This position is looking for someone who is experienced in the field and can dynamically adapt to various conditions.
Requirements:
Resume/Previous experience within this position
Available on multiple days and able to complete tasks on time
Working microphone

Expectations:
Able to create a marketing plan with allocated budget and dynamically adjust it
Tie in community engagement properly with marketing (This includes properly planned out events)
Ensuring marketing matches server values, theme, experience, etc
Coordinating with director and other managers about sales, new launches/updates, etc

I will be managing the server TikTok account(s) and other social media so you wil not have to create the content for those.
